Police recover 72kg narcotics, two accused arrested

SHEIKHUPURA (92 News) - The police have recovered 72kg of narcotics and arrested two alleged accused on Tuesday.

According to a press release, the drug peddlers were transporting narcotics by auto-rickshaw. When they were stopped by the police at check point, they ran away leaving their autorickshaw behind.

According to Sheikhupura DPO Faisal Mukhtar, both arrested accused belong to Lodhran. The accused have been smuggling narcotics for the last two years. They have network all over Punjab which we have shared with the police of other districts.
