Political stability is the guarantor of country’s development: PM

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has on Thursday while declaring the political stability guarantor of country’s development said that the government has put the country on the path of political, economic and internal stability. He said this during his meetings with Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party leader Mahmood Khan Achakzai and Geneva-based International Trade Center Executive Director Arancha Gonzalez. In his meeting with Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party leader, the prime minister discussed matters pertaining to mutual interest during the meeting. They also discussed matters relating to extension in military courts. Nawaz Sharif said that the country’s law and order situation has improved considerably due to the steps jointly taken by the country’s leadership, adding that the war against terrorism will be taken to logical conclusion. In his meeting with Geneva-based International Trade Center Executive Director Arancha Gonzalez, the premier said that Pakistan is looking forward to enhanced interaction with international organizations in order to adopt and implement best international practices for increasing the country's share in international trade. He said that Pakistan has made enormous progress on stabilizing the macro economic situation of the country and in improving the infrastructure and the security.
