Politicians welcome ECP's announcement regarding elections

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Politicians have welcomed the announcement of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) regarding the elections in the last week of January 2024.

PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira said that the ECP announcement will end uncertain situation in the country.

Sherry Rehman said that it would have been better if the ECP had announced the elections date.

ANP leader Zahid Khan said that the elections could be extended if the date was not announced.

MQM leader Amin Khan said that it is a matter of pleasure that the elections have been announced in January. "The process of the delimitation of constituencies should be transparent," he demanded.
