Vote count begins as polling ends for NA-4 Peshawar by-election

PESHAWAR (92 News) – The vote count began after the polling ended for the by-election to NA-4 Peshawar. The polling continued until 5:00pm without any break. As many as 14 candidates are in the run. Six of them are contesting the election from the platform of different political parties and eight as independent candidates. Around 100 Electronic Voting Machines will also be used in the polling. The seat fell vacant due to the death of PTI MNA Gulzar Khan in August this year. Pakistan Army personnel will be deployed inside and outside at all the polling stations of the NA-4, Peshawar-IV by-election.
