Polling for NA-133 by-election to be held tomorrow

LAHORE (92 News) – The NA 133 by-election will be held on Sunday.

PPP candidate Aslam Gul rallied and PML-N leaders also made contact with voters in the constituency. Saad Rafique said that the PTI has run away from the field and the victory will be theirs on December 5.

Voters are also very excited about the success of their candidate. There will be neck-to-neck battle between PML-N’s candidate Shaista Pervez Malik and PPP’s candidate Aslam Gill.

It is pertinent to mention here that nomination papers of candidate of the ruling party Jamshed Iqbal Cheema were rejected and he withdrew from election process.

A total of 11 candidates will contest in the elections for which 254 polling stations have been set up. 4,40,085 voters are registered. Among them 233,558 are men and 2,06,927 are w0omen.

The NA-133 seat was vacated after the death of Pervez Malik.
