PPP also challenges Electoral Reforms Act in SC

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has also challenged the Electoral Reforms Act 2017 in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. In the petition, Federation, Nawaz Sharif, Secretaries Senate and National Assembly and others have been made the party. It has been contended that the amendment made to the Article 203 is in violation of the basic foundation of the Constitution. The petition also demanded that the prime minister and the cabinet should be stopped from taking directions from Nawaz Sharif.
