LAHORE (92 News) – PML-N vice-president Maryam Nawaz said that the PPP cannot fight as it is forced.

Speaking at a party meeting, she said that the PPP makes such statements as if the government is going to be theirs. "In Karachi, they used all government machinery to defeat the PML-N in their stronghold," she added.

Expressing gratitude to the British court for the acquittal of Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz said that Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif had reunited.

"The British court ruling has silenced our opponents. The PML-N is a long- race horse. It has not bargained power for a few years. The future of the party is better than its past."

She said that free and fair elections would be held if the entire party stood with its leader. "If someone tried to conspire against us, we know how to respond to it bluntly. It is always a matter of narrative because we have a narrative," she added.

Maryam Nawaz said that the right is not obtained after being put in a plate. The right has to be taken. If there are differences in the party, the enemies will succeed," she conluded.
