PPP former senator Faisal Raza Abedi sent to jail

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – District and Sessions Judge Sohail Nasir sent PPP former senator Faisal Raza Abedi on 14-day judicial remand on Saturday. The judge reprimanded the police, saying that PM Imran Khan and PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri were declared proclaimed offenders, but they continued to make speeches. The court remarked that the 7ATA had become a joke. “Had the police tried to arrest the accused in the case?” The police said that a team had gone to Karachi, but could not arrest him. “Why the police not notice the things being happened? Why is this discriminatory attitude?” the judge remarked. He expressed his surprise that how the police had become so much responsible. “No action is taken even long after the submission of an application,” he said.
