PPP lays foundation for division of Sindh, says PSP chairman

KARACHI (92 News) - Slamming the Sindh government, Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) chairman Mustafa Kamal on Wednesday said that the Pakistan Peoples' Party (PPP) laid foundation for division of the province. While speaking to the journalists, Mustafa Kamal questioned that when Karachi was divided into six parts, then they did not think. He also said that in the name of provincial autonomy, power was given only to the chief minister. The PSP chairman maintained that people are against 18th constitutional amendment. “Powers are only limited within CM Sindh House and not being transferred to people and local government councils," he explained, adding that democratic parties after coming into power, become worst dictator. Commenting on National Finance Commission (NFC) award, Mustafa Kamal questioned they take NFC award but why the provincial government is not releasing Provincial Finance Commission (PFC) award? He further said that the provision of powers to the local bodies will improve the situation and people will become responsible.
