PPP MPA Shahnaz Ansari gunned down in Naushahro Feroze

NAUSHEHRO FEROZE (92 News) – PPP MPA Shahnaz Ansari was shot dead over a land dispute in Naushahro Feroze on Saturday. She had visited the city to attend the ‘Chehlum’ of her brother-in-law Dr Zahid Khokhar when the accused opened fire on her. She was critically injured and shifted to hospital where she died. PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has condemned the attack. “I am in a shock to hear the news about her murdered. She was the best political worker and an asset of the party,” he said. He said that they share the grief with the bereaved family. Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has ordered immediate arrest of the attackers. According to the police, nephew of Dr Zahid Khokhar is involved in the murder. The police have launched the investigations into the murder.
