KARACHI (92 News) – The PPP Sindh Council on Thursday passed a condemnation resolution against Zulfiqar Mirza, expressing the resolve to show the Mirza family door. The agenda of the meeting held at CM House on Thursday was the local bodies elections and preparations for the birthday of former PPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto, but it turned into an anti-Mirza meeting. The PPP leaders delivered fiery speeches against Zulfiqar Mirza, Fehmida Mirza and Hasnain Mirza, demanding the PPP leadership to seek their resignations from the assemblies. Sindh Chief Minister said that no one knows that Zulfiqar Mirza is targeting the party leadership on whose order. “We being political people do not talk by keeping a Kalashnikov beside us.” He said that they had tried their best to reconcile with Zulfiqar Mirza. “We all accept domination of the law. The people leveling allegations have to bite the dust. It is pity that they have used very harsh language.” Maula Bakhsh Chandio said that Zulfiqar Mirza was returning the favours of the party leadership in this way. “We will not let anyone enter the Hyderabad courts if this rhetoric was not stopped.” Najmi Alam accused Zulfiqar Mirza of starting the culture of extortion. Arbab Memon said that Mirza Sahib has made a lot of money. “He (Mirza) is kicking after filing up his belly,” he added.
