PPP ticket-holder Babar Butt’s killer arrested from Pakpattan
LAHORE (92 News) – The police have arrested one of three killers of PPP ticket-holder Babar Butt from Pakpattan.
Atif alias Aati with his two accomplices had killed Babar Butt when he was having dinner at his residence on March 12.
Babar had contested for an MPA seat from PP-157 constituency in the 2013 elections and served as a member of the PPP-affiliated People’s Youth Organization (PYO).
Meanwhile, PML-N MNA Sohail Shaukat Butt, a nominated accused, was granted bail by an ATC till March 24 on Saturday.
He appeared before the court and pleaded that there was a possibility that the police would arrest him.
