PPP's majority opposes Nawaz Sharif's speech during rally in Karachi: sources
LAHORE (92 News) - The PML-N mobilized to deliver Nawaz Sharif's speech during the PDM's second rally in Karachi.
According to sources, the majority from the PPP leaders opposed Nawaz Sharif's speech during the rally.
The sources also said that Nawaz Sharif's speech cannot be held in Karachi. It added that three PML-N leaders had asked Bilawal Bhutto for Nawaz Sharif's speech.
The reports maintained that PPP said that Nawaz Sharif's speech would increase the politics of hatred and anarchy in the country, adding that his speech is an open confrontation with the institutions.
Sources further told that whether Nawaz Sharif will deliver the speech or not, the PML-N and PPP once again came in contact. After the PPP's refusal, the PML-N started contacting Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Mahmood Khan Achakzai and other leaders regarding Nawaz Sharif's speech. After the Karachi rally, the distance between the united opposition will increase.
