LAHORE (92 News) – Heavy rain with thunder lashed turned weather Lahore pleasant before pre-monsoon in the wee hours of Thursday. According to the reports, rain in different areas inundated roads and streets in the provincial capital of Lahore. The citizens are facing difficulties as rainwater entered houses in low lying areas. Dozens of LESCO feeders tripped due to heavy rain and strong wind in the city, resulting in power outage in various areas. Downpour also reported in several other cities of Punjab including Faisalabad, Chiniot, Okara, Gujranwala and Gujrat. However, the minor rain with cool wind also reported in Islamabad. On the other hand, it was predicted that the rain will likely to hit many areas today.
