QUETTA (92 News) - Pre-monsoon rains have wreaked havoc in different cities of Balochistan, inundating low-lying areas.

Incessant rains drowned the low-lying areas in Kohlu. Owing to the rains, Quetta has been cut off from interior Balochistan. The temporarily restored Sonari Bridge again washed away due to flash flood in the area.

The areas, including Barkhan, Musakhel, Sherani, Dera Bugti, Harnai, Zhob, Dakki and Koh Suleman, are also receiving incessant rains.

An alert has been issued for the dwellers of the low-lying localities. The floods in streams and canals have badly affected crops and roads across the province.

Meanwhile, the Met Office has predicted more rains in the province.
