Preparations in full swing to celebrate Independence Day

LAHORE (92 News) – Preparations to celebrate Independence Day are in full swing across the country.

Vendors have set up stalls for saling buntings, national flags, banners, badges and pictures of national heroes who struggled tirelessly to achieve a common goal for Muslims of South Asia. Special dresses of boys and girls made of green and white colours resembling national flag are also on sale.

The most enthusiastic are children who are busy collecting stickers, badges and also beautifying their bicycles with special stickers inscribed with messages of Independence Day.
