President Arif Alvi appoints Haji Ghulam Ali as KP Governor on PM's advice

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - President Dr Arif Alvi on Wednesday approved the appointment of Haji Ghulam Ali as Governor of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa.

The president made the appointment on the advice of the prime minister.

Former Senator Haji Ghulam Ali belongs to the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F). His name was recommended by JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman.

The position has been lying vacant since April 10.
