President Arif Alvi, PM Shehbaz Sharif condemn suicide attack on army convoy in North Waziristan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - President Dr Arif Alvi and Prime Minister on Tuesday condemned the suicide attack on an army convoy in North Waziristan and expressed their heartfelt grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of four soldiers.

They said that such cowardly attacks would not weaken the nation’s resolve to rid the country of the menace of terrorism and all of its manifestations.

They paid rich tribute to the martyred soldiers for rendering ultimate sacrifice while defending their motherland against enemies of the country in the holy month of Muharramul Haram.

Meanwhile, Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan have expressed their deep sympathies with the families of the martyrs.

They said that the nation is proud of the martyred soldiers and their sacrifices will not go waste.
