President Arif Alvi, PMA discuss precautionary measures for doctors

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A delegation of the Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) and the Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) called on President Dr Arif Alvi on Friday. They discussed the precautionary measures for doctors and medical staff who are fighting against coronavirus. President Dr Arif Alvi said that doctors and medical staff are at the frontline of the war against coronavirus. “The protection of doctors and the medical staff is the top priority of the government,” he said. He said that the role of doctors is very crucial in controlling the spread of coronavirus. “Doctors and medical staffers are performing their duties by putting their lives at risk,” he said. The President paid tribute to the doctors sacrificing their lives in the fight against coronavirus. He prayed for the quick recovery of the doctors and medical staffers being treated for coronavirus.
