President-elect Dr Arif Alvi to take oath today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – President-elect Dr Arif Alvi will take oath of his office at President’s House at 1pm on Saturday. Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar will administer oath to Dr Arif Alvi. Prime Minister Imran Khan will also attend the oath-taking ceremony. Invitations have been sent to dignitaries for the ceremony. Under the austerity drive, guest will be served with tea and biscuits. On the other hand, the farewell guard of honour was presented to President Mamnoon Hussain who completed his five-year term.
