President Mamnoon Hussain to issue Ordinance for reducing withholding tax

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has sent the summary of reduction of withholding tax to the President Mamnoon Hussain on Saturday. President Mamnoon Hussain will issue an Ordinance after which the decision to reduce withholding tax on cash transactions will come into force from July 11, 2015. Earlier, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar met prime minister Nawaz Sharif and briefed him about his China tour and meetings with the dignitaries of financial institutions.
