MULTAN (92 News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that the presidential ordinance has been introduced for transparency, not to favour anyone.

Talking to the media on Sunday, bargaining in the Senate election should be stopped. "We will admit whatever the Supreme Court will rule. The opposition should not create anarchy and damage the properties," he added.

The minister said that the government had thrown the ball in the court of Supreme Court and people. "Inflation is not reduced due to legislation," he added.

He said that it was duty of the elected representatives to vote for candidates belonging to their party. "The open ballot was agreed in the section 14 of the Charter of Democracy," he added.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that India's Kashmir policy had failed. "The voice of Kashmiris is spreading across the world. India is violating human rights in Occupied Kashmir," he added.
