Primary schools to be reopened in Sindh on June 21

KARACHI (92 News) – After a decrease in the coronavirus cases, the Sindh government has announced to reopen primary schools across the province on June 21 (Monday).

The decision was made during a meeting of the Sindh Taskforce chaired by Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah.

Addressing the meeting, Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah announced that recreational parks, indoor gyms and shrines would be opened on June 28.

During a briefing, he was told that 1.5 million doses of Sinovac will reach on June 21, while 700,000 doses of CanSino vaccine and 400,000 doses of Pakvac vaccine will be received on June 23.

The meeting was told that the positive cases rate had reached 3.9 percent. It was also told that the tests of 42,523 passengers were screened at airports and 95 passengers tested positive.
