ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan presided over a meeting of the National Health Task Force on Saturday. The prime minister directed the officers concerned to launch an awareness campaign. “Rude behaviour with the coronavirus patients is intolerable,” he said. He directed doctors and paramedics to treat Covid-19 patients in hospitals with utmost care and responsibility. Imran Khan pointed out that the coronavirus situation in Pakistan is different as compared to other countries and can be improved by adopting precautionary measures. He urged the citizens to immediately get their tests conducted if they feel any symptoms of Covid-19. Prime Minister's Focal Person on Covid-19 Dr Faisal Sultan briefed the meeting about the coronavirus death rate. “Pakistan is less affected by impacts of coronavirus as compared to other countries where massive death toll has been witnessed,” he said, adding that the number of coronavirus testing labs had increased to 63, which was just four in March.
