Prime Minister Imran Khan declares tape leaks a drama

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has declared the tape leaks a drama, saying it was regrettable that the chief justice was invited to a function where a criminal and absconder was also called for delivering a speech.

Addressing the Kamyab Jawan Convention on Wednesday, he said that nowadays audio tapes are emerging and judges' names are surfacing.

"He (Nawaz Sharif) first said why he was ousted and then criticized the army and the judiciary. Maryam Safdar turned out to be the owner of the four most expensive flats in London," he added.

The prime minister said that a nation does not destroy by stealing money, but it destroys when the theft is not considered a bad thing.

He said that the government is providing interest-free loans to over four million families to start new businesses, focusing on skill development and interest-free loans for construction of houses.
