Prime Minister Imran Khan expresses concern over increase in coronavirus cases

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed a grave concern over an increase in the coronavirus cases.

Addressing a meeting of the federal cabinet on Tuesday, he said that it was mandatory to adopt precautionary measures. He directed the authorities concerned to get the SOPs implemented at all costs.

The cabinet was briefed that the vaccination of over 40 years had been started. It was also briefed about the restructuring plan of the PIA.

The forum approved the applications of mutual legal assistant from Non-Treaty countries.

Moreover, it was briefed about the circular debt plan. It was also briefed about a special exemption for the implementation of four fast track projects of the Health Ministry.

The forum also approved the appointment of the chief executive of the Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation. It endorsed the decisions taken by two meetings of the Cabinet Committee on Energy.

The cabinet approved the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with regard to the Pakistan Saudi Arabia Development Fund.
