Prisoners granted one-month remission on Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH)

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – President Dr Arif Alvi on Friday granted one-month remission to prisoners on the eve of Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH).

In a letter sent to four provinces and Gilgit-Baltistan, the Interior Ministry stated that the President had granted special remission.

However, the remission will not be applied to prisoners convicted in heinous crimes and those who caused financial losses to the country as well as those involved in terrorism and anti-state activities.
