Promotion of rule of law, democracy crushed in country: Maulana Fazalur Rehman

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman has said that the promotion of rule of law and democracy have been crushed in the country.

Addressing a public gathering on Thursday, he said that what would be the status of the parliament if controversial elections were held one after another.

"I has been made known that their power will be at the mercy of another power despite being in the parliament. It is justified to think whether to become part of the parliament or not if it loses its significance," he added.

He said that the PPP and the PML-N would continue to blackmail each other after forming the government.
