PESHAWAR (92 News) – The police resorted to baton-charge and teargas when the protesting government employees tried to go to Chief Minister House on Tuesday. The Class IV employees staged a demonstration against a delay in their upgradation and allowances. They marched from NIshtar Hall to Khyber Road. They chanted slogans in favour of their demands. The police also resorted to aerial firing to disperse the protesters. Later, the protesters dispersed peacefully.
