PESHAWAR (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the provinces are not ready to give funds to the tribal areas despite promise. Addressing a gathering after inaugurating Nahakkai Tunnel and Shaikh Zayed Road on Monday, he said that the party coming to power by getting votes from the interior Sindh does not pay attention to Karachi. "The PML-N gets votes from central Punjab. For this reason, it does not pay attention to South Punjab," he said. He said that an institution lacking the punish-reward system cannot succeed. "No system without merit can run in the world," he added. The prime minister said that anti-Pakistan elements want to create anarchy in the country. "The tribal districts lag far behind in development. Our focus is to establish such industries in the tribal districts which could export goods to Afghanistan and up to the Central Asian states." Imran Khan said that border markets are also being opened which will provide opportunities to the local people to trade with Afghanistan.
