Provocative speech: SC frames charges against Nehal Hashmi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan framed charges against senator Nehal Hashmi in the provocative speech case on Monday.

The court refused to give more time to Nehal Hashmi.

“To whom you had alluded while saying you are in service today and will retire tomorrow?” questioned Justice Ijazul Hassan.

To the question, Nehal Hashmi said that a judge always remains a judge and he never retires.

Justice Ijaz Afzal remarked that one will swim only after entering the sea.
