PSL Scandal: Resolution moved in PA demanding Najam Sethi to be de-seated

LAHORE (92 News) – Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shoaib Siddiqui has on Monday moved a resolution over Pakistan Super League (PSL) scandal. The resolution moved in the Punjab Assembly by the PTI leader Shoaib Siddiqui demanded the authorities to sack Najam Sethi from his posts from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Pakistan Super League (PSL). Earlier, a match-fixing scandal has rocked the Pakistan Super league (PSL) grew in proportion with three more players, including Test pacer Mohammad Irfan, being questioned by the Cricket Board's Anti-Corruption Unit. Irfan, who has played four Tests for Pakistan, was questioned along with Zulfiqar Babar and Shahzaib Hasan but all the three have been cleared to carry on playing in the PSL for the time being.
