PSX loses 2,534 points in a day, closes at 59,177 points

KARACHI (92 News) - The 100-index of the Pakistan Stock Market lost 2,534 points in a day on Tuesday, closing at 59,177 points.

The PSX has first time lost 2,500 points in a day.

On the other hand, the dollar lost 16 paisa against rupee in the interbank market and was closed at Rs282.37 paisas. In the open market, the dollar price reduced by 50 paisa to Rs283.75.

Meanwhile, the per tola price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs300 and was sold at Rs 219,600.
