PSX witnesses bearish trend as KSE-100 sheds over 1,300 points
KARACHI (92 News) The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a bearish trend Friday as the benchmark KSE-100 index plummeted by 1,335 points to close at 114,853 points.
On the other hand, the gold price reached an all-time high in the local as well as the global market.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the gold price increased by Rs10,000 to a record high of Rs338,800 per tola in Pakistan.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs8,573 to Rs290,466 in the country.
In the international market, the gold price increased by $100 to $3,218 per ounce.
