PTA restores social media services after a temporary ban

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) restored the social media services after banning it from 11am to 3pm.

The social media sites, including Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Twitter and Telegram, remained suspended.

The PTA spokesperson said that the Apps have been shut on the recommendation of the Interior Ministry.
