PTI chairman Imran Khan challenges Article 245 in SC

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI chairman Imran Khan challenged the Article 245 of the constitution on Thursday.

In a petition filed through Hamid Khan, he also challenged the arrest of the workers. He appealed to the court not to try the party leaders and workers under the Army Act.

He appealed to the court to declared leaders' forced separation from the PTI as unconstitutional. Imran Khan contended that this drama is being staged at the behest of Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz.

He requested the SC to form a commission to probe into the May 9 investigations.
