PTI challenges verdict of prohibited funding case in IHC
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Wednesday challenged the verdict of the prohibited funding case in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
In the petition, it has been contended that the proceedings of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and show-cause notices issued in the foreign funding case should nullified.
The petition has been filed by PTI additional secretary general Umar Ayub.
On the other hand, the court has reserved the verdict on the FIA notices issued to the employees of the PTI Secretariat.
