LAHORE (92 News) - PTI female workers who were arrested in the arson case have denied any abuse in the jail.

Talking to the media after appearing in an anti-terrorism court on Friday, they said that they were not meted out any mistreatment in jail.

Sanam Javed said that it was a great injustice to keep them in jail. Her mother told media that she had seen good arrangements in jail. "I am ashamed at the statements of my daughter."

Aliya Hamza said that they were being made a victim of political revenge.

Meanwhile, the anti-terrorism court extended the judicial remand of seven PTI female workers for a week. Earlier, they were produced in court.

The court summoned the record of the identification parade and the investigation officer.

On the other hand, the Lahore High Court adjourned the bail peal of Khadija Shah until June 12. She was granted exemption from appearing in court on the next date. She was produced in court amid tight security. The prosecution contended that Khadija Shah had been proved guilty in the identification parade.
