PTI has won despite losing Daska by-election, says Sheikh Rasheed

KARACHI (92 News) – Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had won despite losing the Daska by-election.

Addressing a press conference on Sunday, he said that the people had given more votes to Ali Asjad Malhi as compared to the previous election.

He said that the Swiss account case will be reopened. "Imran Khan is trying to bridle the people who plundered the national wealth," he added.

Sheikh Rasheed said that Prime Minister Imran Khan himself was monitoring the matters pertaining to inflation. "The prime minister is standing with Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar," he added.

He said that they had reached consensus with the Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan (TLP) that the manuscript regarding expulsion of the French ambassador would be presented in the National Assembly. "Imran Khan wants to improve the condition of the poor," he added.
