KARACHI (92 News) - An anti-terrorism court remanded PTI leader Arslan Taj in the police custody for two days.

The court also sought a progress report from the investigating officer on the next hearing.

On Sunday, the Kemari police had arrested Arslan Taj from his residence in Gulistan-e-Jauhar in a case registered for rioting in DC Kemari's office sometime ago. Several other leaders were also named in the case.

Talking to journalists outside court, PTI Karachi president Aftab Siddiqui said that the PTI should not be linked with the MQM.
