ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Shehryar Afridi and Murad Saeed have on Friday cursed National Assembly Deputy Speaker after he adjourned the lower house session instead of letting them speak on the floor of the House. The National Assembly session was chaired by Deputy Speaker Murtaza Javaid Abbasi. Speaking on the floor of the House, Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leader Ijaz Jakhrani said that he didn’t use abusive language against PTI chairman Imran Khan and Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed. I cannot use such words, he said. Jakhrani said that the Jang group is trying to put its words in his mouth, adding that the Jang group should publish clarification or he would bring a privilege movement against them. When Shehryar Afridi and Murad Saeed wanted to speak on PPP leader’s statement, the NA deputy speaker didn’t allow them to speak and adjourned the session to which the PTI leaders cursed Murtaza Javaid Abbasi.
