PTI MNA Rai Hassan Nawaz disqualified for concealing his assets

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has disqualified PTI MNA Rai Hassan Nawaz for concealing his assets. The three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali heard the appeal by the MNA. The court also ordered re-election in NA-162. Muhammad Yaqoob, an independent candidate, had contended that PTI MNA Rai Hassan Nawaz had concealed his assets in the nomination papers. An election tribunal had disqualified him.
