LAHORE (92 News) – The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, the Pakistan People’s Party and the Jamaat-e-Islami have rejected the judicial commission formed by the prime minister to probe the Panama Leaks. Naeemul Haq, the PTI spokesman, said that only the formation of the commission will not serve the purpose. “The prime minister should tell who will head the commission. Will the commission be able to probe the assets of the prime minister? Nawaz Sharif has not given a satisfactory reply to any accusation,” he said. JI ameer Sirajul Haq has also rejected the commission, saying that the prime minister’s speech had aroused suspicions. “If Nawaz Sharif wants to establish the commission, it should be established under the present chief justice,” he said. PPP senator Aitzaz Ahsan said that the commission would not be able to do anything. “There is need of a forensic audit for the investigations,” he said.
