PTI submits party’s funding details in ECP

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has on Monday submitted the party’s foreign funding details in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). The Commission will resume hearing of the case on sixteenth of next month. The Election Commission of Pakistan had given last chance to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to submit complete details till September 18 in the party funding case. The order was issued by the five-member Commission during hearing of the PTI’s foreign funding case in Islamabad on Thursday. Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sardar Raza Khan said orders instead of notices will be issued from tomorrow. The CEC said that it is beyond thinking why PTI is not complying to the orders of the ECP. Justice Sardar Raza said that the PTI had given assurance to submit details of foreign funding in Monday’s hearing.
