PTI suffers another setback as no-trust submitted against AJK PM Abdul Qayyum Niazi
MUZAFFARABAD (92 News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) suffered another setback as a no-confidence motion was submitted against Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Abdul Qayyum Niazi on Tuesday.
Sardar Tanvir Ilyas has been proposed as an alternate prime minister.
The no-confidence motion bears signatures of 25 members. Of the 53-member House, 27 members are required for the success of the no-confidence motion.
Talking to the media, Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi said that the no-trust motion had been submitted by their own people.
Meanwhile, AJK Assembly Speaker Chaudhary Anwarul Haq has called a session for voting on the no-confidence motion on at 10am on April 15.
