LAHORE (92 News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has termed the committee formed by the government to hold talks as non-serious.

In an exclusive interview with 92 News, PTI vice-president Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the nature, terms of reference (ToRs) and agenda of the committee is not clear.

He said that the government had not contacted the PTI leadership formally.

Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhary said that the government was arresting the workers on the one hand and forming the committee on the other hand. "This tricks will not work. Give the date for the elections," he added.

He said that it had been decided that the long march will not move in the darkness. "It has been decided to stay at night and advance during the day due to threats to Imran Khan. We are grieved at hearing the statements of Rana Sanaullah and Pervez Rashid," he added.

The PTI leader said that they are ready to hold talks if the government announces the elections.
