PTI terms workers' arrests, police action as provocative

LAHORE (92 News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has termed the arrest of workers and police action as provocative.

Reacting to the police action, PTI leader Hammad Azhar said that worker have been tortured and baton-charged. "The government wants to postpone the elections at all costs," he added.

He asked the workers to be peaceful and wait for the announcement of PTI chairman Imran Khan.

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary said that the fascist government is afraid of the people. "Political people cannot be controlled by imposing a ban on them," he added.

He announced to challenge the imposition of the Section 144.
