PTI to file disqualification reference against Zardari on Thursday

KARACHI (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Khurrum Sher Zaman has said that he will file a disqualification reference against former president Asif Ali Zardari in Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday over concealing assets. Talking to journalists, Khurrum Sher Zaman said that he will finalize the petition against the PPP co-chairman Zardari by tonight and added that he had received green signal from his party to file the reference. On the other side, the PPP senior leaders strongly responded to the accusation of the PTI against Asif Ali Zardari. PPP leader Saeed Ghani said that all the assets of Asif Zardari will be presented to the ECP. Earlier today, Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry had said that Asif Ali Zardari owned apartment in Manhattan area of United States’ New York city and the property is his undeclared asset.
