ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) withdrew the application regarding the level-playing from the Supreme Court on Monday.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa heard the plea.

Latif Khosa, the PTI counsel, requested the court to withdraw the application and the court accepted it.

Talking to the media, Latif Khosa said that the PTI had been deprived of 230 reserved seats after snatching the election symbol of 'bat'. "A press conference is managed from the chairman of the party whom with we forge an alliance," he added. "We are going to the people's court."

On the other hand, Barrister Gohar Ali has filed a new application to make the chief election commissioner and four members of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) a party.
