Public wants freedom from ‘puppet, selected’ government: Bilawal

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the public wants freedom from puppet and selected government on Thursday. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari with PPP caravan participated in the Azadi March of JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman at H-9 area in Sunday bazaar grounds near Peshawar More in Islamabad. Addressing participants of Azadi March, the PPP chairman aimed at opponents and said that the masses are not ready to accept a selected ‘prime minister’ (PM). “The people wants freedom from ‘puppet and selected’ government. The storm of taxes has disturbed the common man in the country while a tsunami of inflation has been unleashed to kill the poor people economically,” Bilawal mentioned. The PPP chairman said that the time has come to send the ‘selected PM home. He also said that puppet governments never look after the welfare of the people. “The people are economically assassinated with the help of excessive taxes and raging inflation ever since the PTI-led government came,” he pointed out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MuyaygaJotI A day earlier, Azadi March led by JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman entered Islamabad after a five-day journey from Sukkur. PML-N leaders Ahsan Iqbal and Pervaiz Rasheed are also participating in the march. The caravans led by ANP leader Asfandyar Wali and Ameer Muqam have already reached Islamabad. The caravans led by Akram Durrani and PPP leaders are on way to Islamabad. Earlier, Azadi March led by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman left for Islamabad after staying a night at Gujjar Khan. Massive public meeting will be held at H-9 area in Sunday bazaar grounds near Peshawar Morr. The march’s participants were given a warm welcome upon arrival by the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) workers at different stations. Leaders of main opposition parties including JUI-F, PPP, PML-N, Awami National Party (ANP) and others will address participants near Peshawar Mor area.
